Immovable

I originally created this drawing for the Illustration prompt " Heavy" a couple of years ago. When I used it for that word I was thinking about supporting others or being supported in times of trouble.. Strangely now that I am using it to illustrate the word "immovable" which has completely different connotations, suddenly the head looks almost too heavy to hold, the expression on his face seems stubborn and almost malevolent... The supporting person looks exhausted rather than strong...
funny how one word can change our perception...

Wow--this is the first of your pictures taht I've seen that I find truly disturbing. That head is SO BIG and looks SO HEAVY, and the guy underneath so small, that it scares me.

Hey Kathy! I don't know how I missed your "atmosphere", but I love it!! One of my favorite things in the whole world is snuggling and watching God's fireworks. Your "immovable" is so cool. Love the Da Vinci type background. Your style ROCKS!

I love what you have written in this post. A unique perspective and all looks different. This can make blogging quite interesting, a comment from a blog friend from a different view and all looks different. I love seeing through others eyes, in this case you are looking at your own art differently. It really is a wonderful piece.
